Race Fan Classifieds provides an online marketplace platform for users to post, browse, and respond to classified advertisements related to race tickets, camping accommodations, RV rentals, fan gear, racing experiences, and other race-related items and services.
3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of your listings, including:
- Accuracy of descriptions, dates, and pricing
- Validity and authenticity of tickets and credentials
- Truthfulness of all claims made
- Legal right to sell or transfer the items/services listed
- Compliance with venue and event policies regarding ticket resale
3.2 Prohibited Content
You may not post listings that:
- Contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Violate any laws or regulations, including ticket scalping laws
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Involve counterfeit tickets, credentials, or merchandise
- Contain malicious code or links
- Are duplicates or spam
3.3 Ticket-Specific Rules
When listing tickets:
- Clearly state the face value and your asking price
- Specify seat locations, sections, and any restrictions
- Honor venue and event policies regarding transfers and resales
- Provide proof of purchase if requested by buyers
3.4 Communication
Users must:
- Communicate respectfully with other users
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Not use contact information for spam or unauthorized purposes
4. Transactions
4.1 Marketplace Platform
Race Fan Classifieds is a marketplace platform only. We:
- Do not possess tickets, camping spots, or other items
- Are not involved in the actual transaction
- Do not guarantee the validity, authenticity, or legality of tickets or items
- Are not responsible for the ability of sellers to complete sales
- Are not responsible for the ability of buyers to complete purchases
- Do not verify tickets or credentials
4.2 User Transactions
All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly. You agree to:
- Perform your own due diligence on tickets and items
- Verify ticket validity before purchase when possible
- Arrange your own payment and delivery methods
- Resolve disputes directly with the other party
- Understand and accept the risks of peer-to-peer transactions
5. Fees and Payment
Currently, Race Fan Classifieds is free to use for buyers and sellers. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with appropriate notice.
6. Content Ownership and License
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Race Fan Classifieds a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
6.2 Our Content
All platform design, code, and original content is owned by Race Fan Classifieds and protected by copyright law.
7. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to:
- Review and remove any listing at our discretion
- Suspend or terminate user access for violations
- Modify or delete content that violates these terms
- Remove suspected fraudulent or counterfeit ticket listings
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for invalid, counterfeit, or fraudulent tickets
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service
- We are not responsible for user-generated content
- We are not liable for transaction disputes between users
- We are not responsible for canceled events, changed dates, or venue policy changes
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Race Fan Classifieds from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your listings or content
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Tickets or items you sell through the platform
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
